Ranking global cities8/28/2023 Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council made an early announcement on Twitter, thanking the government and private sector partners who have united to raise Dubai’s global standing across various sectors. The ranking is based on four categories over the past three years, including population, economic growth, vacant office space, and real estate prices. Dubai has secured the third position in The Economist’s top 10 best cities in the world list, ahead of Western mega-cities such as New York, London, Paris, and San Francisco.
